This book has become my bible! It's user friendly & easy to read. Dr. Kenney covers all aspects of pet health insurance including the most essential considerations for pet owners wishing to make the best choice for their pet & for their pocketbook. The nuances of pet insurance are vast, the comparisons confusing, & the task daunting. Dr. Kenney provides an intelligent, methodical step-by-step process for understanding the meaning & differences between hereditary, congenital, & chronic diseases; per-incident deductible vs annual deductible; & monthly premius vs total out-of-pocket expenses. A bonus for the reader is that Dr. Kenney has done a lot of the footwork by naming specific companies & making comparisons between them. He also provides worksheets so readers can design company profiles specifically tailored to their needs. This is the most insightful, well formatted book of its type. Dr. Kenney has broken new ground by taking us into the belly of pet insurance. After reading his book I was able to make an informed & confident decision & get the pet insurance I needed. I can't say enough about this book - it's terrific. Thank you, thank you Dr. Kenney!
